Dr. Mark Bullen was an Adjunct Professor in the Master of Educational Technology for many years. He was centrally involved in the development of the MET in 2002 and the Graduate Certificate in Technology-based Distributed Learning upon which the MET was based. He took over responsibility for ETEC 520 from the original course author, Dr. Tony Bates, in 2004 and revised and taught that course regularly until 2020.
